What we do not collect
- No personal information — no name, email, or account of any kind.
- No tracking pixels, ad networks, or third-party analytics that identify individuals.
- No cookies tied to your identity.
- No data is sold, licensed, or shared with any third party.
What we do collect (Phase 1)
Currently, this site has no accounts and no database. No personal information is collected or stored. The only data that passes through is standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) retained briefly by the hosting provider (Vercel) for operational purposes. We do not read or process these logs for analytics.
Future phases (accounts)
A later version of this site will offer optional accounts. If and when that happens, the data-minimization rules are fixed in advance:
- Email — used for login only. Never displayed, never used for marketing.
- Display name — user-chosen. Not your real name.
- Level — self-selected starting point (Foundation, Grounded, Building, Growing).
- Topics — which topic areas you're exploring.
- Milestone checkmarks — which actions you've marked done.
Nothing else. No real name, no birthdate, no location, no phone number, no financial figures. Sign-in provider name and photo are discarded at sign-in and never stored.
Analytics
If aggregate analytics are ever added (to understand which articles are read most, not who reads them), only privacy-respecting tools with no cross-site tracking and no individual identification will be used. This policy will be updated if that happens.
Contact
Questions about this policy: use the contact form. Messages are relayed to us as email and not stored anywhere else; an email address is included only if you choose to provide one for a reply.
